The venue is reasonably clean, with fantastic location not far from the Valencia train station and Colon metro stop, which connected to Valencia AVE station and the main monument. Cosy atmosphere and downstairs bar.

Good restaurant, outstanding food, people working here are attentive! The cosy queen room is functional and has coffee and free tea. The location is fantastic, at a walking distance from Place.

It easy to explore all areas of Valencia. The staff were friendly and even provided beach umbrellas for our outing. The walls were a bit thin, and we could hear neighbors at times.

The room I stayed in was pretty cozy and clean. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the July heat, keeping everything chill when it got hot outside. I loved how beautiful and nicely decorated the place was. The staff were super friendly during check-in. Having my own little space that was well-furnished was a definite plus. No complaints about the comfort really!

I loved staying at Oliveira Rooms in Valencia. The staff greeted me warmly. The 'biggy room' I booked was spacious and perfect for my family of four. I appreciated the cleanliness-everything was super clean, and the air conditioning worked like a charm. It even had a cozy mezzanine sleeping area with a lovely terrace. The complimentary towels and umbrella for our beach trip were a nice touch. The location couldn't be better. It was close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. I also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs with a delicious tasting menu. My only complaint was the limited storage space. It was tough to manage our luggages in the small room. Despite that, I'd highly recommend this place!

Had to find a spot last min in Valencia, and this place was super affordable and in a great area. The staff were really friendly and made check-in easy. My room was clean and comfy, and the AC was clutch in the summer heat. Just wish the breakfast options were more varied. All in all, great vibes!

The room was so beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine and a selection of teas! I loved having a charming balcony where I could soak up the vibrant atmosphere with a drink. The service was really good-they even surprised us with local goodies upon arrival, which totally made our day!
